Christmas wreaths are a traditional way of celebrating the arrival of the festive season, variously believed to represent life and prosperity: the circular shape suggesting the circle of life, with evergreen foliage for strength and continuance of life through the winter. They are a simple yet attractive way of sharing the Christmas spirit with your friends and neighbours.
Our fresh Christmas wreaths are handmade at the nursery using local materials for the base - yew, holly, fir, other evergreens and pine cones. Ribbons and other decorations are used to give a variety of styles. The wreaths are made with sturdy straw-padded bases which retain moisture and are backed with plastic to protect your door. Sizes: large approximately 16", small approximately 12" diameter. Provided with a loop for hanging. (Decorations may vary slightly from those pictured below. Realistic synthetic berries may be substituted where natural berries are in short supply.) Prices include VAT and delivery.
