Please view our terms and conditions before ordering.
We aim to dispatch parcels to UK mainland addresses within 3 working days of receipt of your order. Please note we DO NOT dispatch on Fridays to avoid plants being held at the depot over the weekend. Any courier orders received on a Thursday will most likely be dispatched the following Monday.
During busy times or hot or cold weather dispatch may take longer but we will advise you if this is the case soon after you place your order.
Mainland & lowland UK orders are dispatched by a fully tracked 24 hour courier service (APC) or Royal Mail First Class (no tracked - should you need a trackable service please let us know.
Non UK mainland addresses are dispatched on Mondays or Tuesdays only with a delivery estimate of 3-5 working days thereafter.
* Smaller orders:
For smaller orders weighing under 2 kg we can often send via a cheaper method than indicated in the table above. If we're able to do this we will refund you any over-payment of the shipping cost via your chosen payment method. Alternatively contact us and we can let you know the cost of delivery, you can then pay over the 'phone or we can send you a PayPal invoice.
As a guide we can usually get up to 6 or 7 plants in 9 cm pots in a Royal Mail small package. (Sometimes we can reduce weight by removing some of the compost but only where it won't harm the plant.)
In the case of UK Highlands and Islands, the cost would be £5.99 for up to a 2 kg parcel.
For EU orders the cost varies on weight - we are happy to work this out for you before you order, just let us know which plants you want.
Shipping outside the EU
Due to Plant Health regulations we can only ship plants to EU Countries. Sorry, there are no exceptions. Some EU Countries have restrictions on the importation of plant material. Customers are responsible for checking the import regulations of the country they are ordering plants to be shipped to. Where we are aware of such restrictions we have excluded these countries but we are not able to regularly check the regulations of each individual EU country.
