A relative of F. magellanica, with very pretty flowers which are an unusual combination of pink corolla tubes, white petals and blue corollas. Hardy in sheltered gardens, and repays good soil or compost. Part shade in moisture retentive soil. Reasonably hardy - in cold gardens mulch with dry leaf mold. It can be grown in a pot, but use good quality potting compost and keep the pot shaded.
