A vigourous lacecap cultivar, one of the Swiss Teller series. Large flattened head of flowers are a beautiful blue on acid soils, pink on alkaline. Makes a dense medium sized shrub for a partly-shaded border. Cut off previous year's flower heads in spring - cut back to a pair of fat buds. Hard pruning will result in no flowers for a year. Up to a third of older stems can be cut hard back in spring, to promote younger growth and prevet the plant from becoming leggy.
