Ismene x deflexaThis exotic bulb produces tall stems each with umbels of 2-5 elegant, fragrant white flowers in summer. The flowers have a daffodil-like cup surrounded by 6 narrow tepals. This is a specimen for the summer garden or Conservatory. It is not hardy so is best grown in a pot and stood or plunged into the border. The bulbs can then be easily lifted and stored, frost free over winter
