Cultivated form of Plantain with rich purple-bronze leaves. When well grown looks a bit like a Hosta (hence 'Plantain Lily' being the common name for Hosta). For sun to part shade in well drained, preferably neutral to acidic soil. Remove seed heads to prevent self-seeding if required.
