This vigorous Tibetan native is a vigourous plant, the flowering stems rising above rosettes of large leaves in early summer. Atop these stems are clusters of pale yellow delicately scented flowers, covered with a meally bloom. It loves moist to boggy conditions along side streams and ponds, where it will self-seed, occasionally producing red or orange flowered plants.
