IMPORTANT!! Please ensure the billing address you enter is EXACTLY the same as it appears on your bill for the credit/debit card you wish to pay by. We cannot process orders where there is a discrepancy.
We must have your full postal address - we cannot be held responsible for delays due to incomplete/inaccurate details.
When you have completed your selection click on the 'estimate carriage' button. The final delivery charge may vary from that shown - we will let you know the exact amount before we debit your card.
Deliveries usually require a signature on arrival. For 'signed-for' services we will normally contact you with a dispatch date. If you are out, some carriers may leave parcels without a signature on the strength of a signed note on the door instructing the delivery man to leave the parcel at your risk, and telling him where to leave it (e.g. by back door etc.). Parcels left without a signature are not covered by insurance.If you need the delivery to be covered by insurance please let us know.
CARRIAGE TO SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & UK OFFSHORE ISLANDS
This will be charged differently, and may take longer. Please contact the nursery and we will work out the delivery charge based on the plants you wish to order. We must have your FULL POSTAL ADDRESS & POST CODE in order to do this.
DELIVERY WITHIN THE EU
Charges will vary depending on weight, size and destination. We will work out the delivery charge based on the plants you wish to order and contact you with the amount. We regret we cannot ship to countries outside the EU. Deliveries to the EU are not covered by insurance and are sent at the customers risk. We will normally ask you to send payment via PayPal or NOCHEX. Customers are responsible for checking for restrictions regarding import of specific plants to their country before ordering.
DELIVERY BY OUR OWN TRANSPORT
For very large plants or large orders, we can usually deliver using our own transport in East Anglia and the Home counties. Please ring us for details as our ability to offer this service would depend on how busy we are.
ARRANGING DELIVERY
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, though we can often process orders more quickly than this. We will normally contact you with a dispatch date so you know when to expect the plants.
We usually send plants out early in the week to avoid weekend delays. We do not send plants out in very cold or hot weather, during the 2 weeks preceding Christmas or when delivery may be delayed by Bank Holidays. There may inevitably be delays in sending out orders during spring due to backlogs caused by the cold weather.

with a 'limited cheque', where you are happy to continue with the order at our discretion, or for the agreed amount. Cheques should be made payable to “SHRUBLAND PARK NURSERIES”.

You can e-mail us: gill@shrublandparknurseries.co.uk with a list of what you are looking for - we will then let you know the total cost and arrange a suitable delivery date.

PAYPAL
Please note you need to have an existing account to use this service. If we have agreed the total by 'phone/email and you wish to pay by Paypal, click the 'PayPal Payments for Confirmed Orders' link on the right hand side of any of our web pages.
NOCHEX
If you don't have a PayPal account and still wish to pay by card, once we have agreed the amount you can click on the NOCHEX link, and follow the instructions.
We must receive payment in full before we can process your order.
PAYMENTS OFFLINE BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
To protect the security of your card details, if you can only pay by giving us your details over the 'phone, we will contact you by phone when the order is ready for dispatch and process your card payment via NOCHEX ourselves. This avoids us keeping a paper record of your card information.
AVAILABILITY
We only list plants of which we have or expect to have a reasonable stock level. However, there are inevitably some plants which sell out before others - because we propagate most of our plants there may inevitably be a delay before we have them for sale again. Some of our tender plants will not be available until late spring due to weather.
SUBSTITUTES
We wil not send substitutes unless you indicate to us that you wish us to do so.
PRICES
Prices include VAT at the rate in force at the time of printing. We reserve the right to alter prices, including delivery charges, where these are affected by factors beyond our control.
Prices of tender plants apply to plants in 1 litre square pots.
Prices of Hardy Perennials apply to plants in 9 cm pots. Larger plants may also be available. If this requires an adjustment to the prices, we will let you know.
Visitors to the nurseries may find plants on sale at different prices, in which case the price paid is as printed on the label.
COMPLAINTS
We will deal with any complaints fairly on an individual basis, but only if submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt. In the case of damage during transit, please retain packaging & inform us immediately. We cannot be held responsible for culture of the plant once it has left our nursery as it will be affected by conditions beyond our control. We always endeavour to send out healthy plants, and where possible, we include cultural advice.
RESERVATIONS
You are welcome to reserve plants for collection from the Nursery. Please try to give us at least three days notice if you require a number of plants. These will then be held under your name for one calendar month from the date of reservation.
Orders unpaid for will be held at the nursery for one calendar month after the date of order.
TRADE AND QUANTITY DISCOUNTS - Garden Designers & Landscapers
We are willing to discuss trade or quantity discounts on orders of £200 or more (excluding VAT and delivery) for plants that are produced in our nursery – please contact us if you are interested. We are not able to give an across the board discount because of the wide range of plants we have and the varying cost/ease of propagation thereof.
