Wild Flowers/ Native Plants

Plants which are native to the British Isles are extremely important for our wildlife. As natural habitats are under increasing threat, gardens are becoming a vital haven for many species. Unfortunately, many of our native plants have fallen out of favour in preference to foreign and cultivated plants which are seen as being be more attractive to the gardener. If every garden had just one native plant it would make a huge difference to our wildlife.
