A very pretty prennial for shade producing clumps of evergreen yellow and green mottled leaves, above which dainty spays of greenish lightly scented flowers appear in late spring. Good for dry shade under trees and shrubs.
An unusual species from dry areas of South America with thick fleshy leaves growing from a stout upright stem. The surface of the leaves is felty, and the plant needs drier conditions than most other Begonias.
