A tender, evergreen fern, which eventually forms a trunk. The large, bright green fronds are arranged neatly like a shuttlecock. Slow growing. Grow in a loam based compost with added bark. Needs a humid atmosphere. Protect from hot sun.

  • Herbs: 9cm
  • Hardy Shrubs and Climbers: 1.5 or 2 litre 
  • Potted Bulbs: variable- please see "Size/Qty" on product information page 
  • Dormant Bulbs, Tubers and Bare-root perennials come either bagged or wrapped without a pot

The exact size of plants will vary with the growing season and may be cut back in accordance with normal pruning regimes or to fit in the box if they are excessively tall
