The attractively variegated version of this tender, succulent climber with neat clusters of night-scented, waxy, pink flowers with a red eye from late spring-autumn. Trim to shape after flowering.
Like other Hoyas it is best kept slightly pot bound and likes a humid atmosphere. Hoyas need a very well drained compost. We recommend an equal mix of peat free compost, bark (you can use orchid bark if you have some) and either perlite or washed horticultural grit or sand. Never over water and keep on the dry side in winter. Do not over feed Hoyas. A balanced liquid fertiliser a few times a year is sufficient.
