An indispensable shrub for the winter garden. Reknowned for its intensely sweet scent provided by clusters of small creamy white flowers on bare stems, this shrub may not be a beauty for the rest of the year, but more than makes up for this with its scent. Prune back flowered stems after flowering to new vigourous growth.
