An attractive small tree or shrub, ideal for a warm, ideally frost free, courtyard garden, or tub in a conservatory or greenhouse. It's best moved outdoors for the summer. The large orange red flowers make this an ornamental plant, though only fruiting reliably in warm summers.

A small summer-flowering deciduous shrub with unusual orange flowers in summer. It can produce fruit which have a good proprtion of seed but it really needs a warm summer to do so.
