Large, deciduous shrub with tiers of spreading branches with flat sprays of showy white flowers 1" across in late spring. Makes an impressive specimen by itself or in a large shrub/ mixed border. Foliage turns red in autumn. Grow in well drained soil in sun/ shade. Do not over prune these shrubs or it will spoil the shape. Just remove any misplaced shoots which spoil the symmetry.

Tender evergreen climber from South Africa with very sweetly scented white flowers from summer to autumn. This is not hardy although it can happily be grown in a pot and put outsside for the summer.
