CARRIAGE TO MAINLAND UK

Your order will normally be delivered within a week but please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be dispatched. For larger parcels we usually use a courier service which takes 1-2 working days from dispatch. Smaller orders may be sent by Royal Mail or by a 3-5 day courier service. When we confirm your order we will let you know how it will arrive. Please note the above charges are for addresses to the UK mainland only. Please see below for charges to other areas.

If your order is urgent please contact us first and we will do our best to accommodate your needs but please understand that some time is needed to carefully prepare and pack plants for mail order and lead times will be longer during busy periods. If you require delivery by a specific time of day e.g before 9am or noon we will have to charge more for this service. Please contact us for a quote as this will depend on the size and weight of your order.

 

CARRIAGE TO SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & UK OFFSHORE ISLANDS AND NORTHERN IRELAND.

The delivery charge to these areas will usually be higher and will depend on the size and weight of the parcel. Please contact us and we will work out the delivery charge based on the plants you wish to order. We must have your FULL POSTAL ADDRESS & POST CODE in order to do this.

DELIVERY WITHIN THE EU

Charges will vary depending on weight, size and destination. We will work out the delivery charge based on the plants you wish to order and contact you with the amount. Deliveries to the EU are not covered by insurance and are sent at the customers risk. We will normally ask you to send payment via PayPal . Customers are responsible for checking for restrictions regarding import of specific plants to their country before ordering.
